All garments are pre-shrunk, but they may still shrink slightly after washing. To keep your gear looking fresh and fitting right:

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
Highly recommend washing on low heat and drying on delicate to prevent further shrinking.
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low or hang dry for the best longevity.
Avoid ironing directly on any prints or graphics.
